Dr. Candan Eralp is Vice President, mainly responsible for the clients in Turkey and in the Middle-East region.

Mrs. Eralp services clients mainly in the areas of basic and advanced sales and marketing management training and development, market and business potential analysis, benchmarking best practices, medical marketing, medical thought leadership development, team-building and marketing strategy consulting.

Prior to joining Innovara, Inc., Dr. Eralp had sixteen years of marketing, sales, training and management experience in Janssen/Eczacibasi and Wyeth Laboratories.  

Born in Turkey, she began her career as a physician (GP). After three years, she joined Eczacibasi as a training manager.   Dr. Eralp moved on to hold various positions in Marketing and Sales in the Janssen-Eczacibasi group.   Mrs. Eralp joined Wyeth and progressed from sales management to the Marketing and Sales Director position, which she held for nine years.

Dr. Eralp has a M.D. from Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty, Istanbul.   She is fully bilingual in English and Turkish and qualified to provide consulting services and conduct dynamic training programs in a broad range of marketing, selling and general management skills in both languages.
