International Training Director In his fifteen years experience prior to joining Innovara, he had an extensive background in sales, sales management and training and development for several major health care companies in pharmaceuticals, hospital products and medical devices, wound care and consumer health care. Since joining Innovara in late 1987, Mr. Pegler has conducted benchmarking studies, and sales and marketing training in a broad range of industries to include pharmaceutical, agrochemical, veterinary, laboratory and diagnostic fields, computer software and hardware (including Microsoft), finance and banking (American Express et al). Based in Australia, his time is spent traveling mainly in Asia, Europe, the United States, Middle East and South America. In his extensive career with Innovara, he has had the opportunity to develop all levels of sales personnel - from sales representatives to key account manageres, and from business unit manager and first line sales managers through to national sales managers and other senior sales directors. Among top Innovara sales training programs that he has either authored or co-authored are Physician Partnership Program (Innovara’s most popular global health care sales training program), Negotiate (Negotiation Skills) and Managing the Winning Sales Team. His credentials and expertise include training in territory management, marketing plans for developing and emerging markets, basic and advanced selling techniques, supervisory skills, and sales management style development. Mr. Pegler is also responsible for many of Innovara’s Train-the-Trainer activities in Asia and around the world.
