Training Consultant and Director - Korea

Ms. Paik joined Innovara at the beginning of 2006 as a Training Consultant & Director and is based in Seoul, South Korea. She is responsible for sales & marketing management training and development, assessment of sales & marketing skill competencies, and marketing strategy consulting.

Ms. Paik has sixteen years of experience in product development, marketing, and training in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Innovara, Inc., she held a position in Quintiles Transnational Korea Ltd. as a Training Director. Within 6 years at Quintiles, she was responsible for setting up and managing the organization of Training Department Academy and performed successfully business development, training delivery, and program development. Before joining Quintiles, she worked for 8 years in mainly marketing for SmithKline Beecham Korea and GSK Korea, after its merger with Glaxo. In marketing, she was responsible for product management of highly successful products including pre-marketing promotion and launch. She received the Best Performance Award at SmithKline Beecham in 1996 and at Quintiles in 2002. While with SmithKline Beecham, she was also a Training Manager and her responsibilities included the introduction and management of MR certificate system for the development of MR’s competencies.

Ms. Paik has a B.Sc. degree of Pharmacy from ChungAng University in Seoul and also has a Master degree of Pharmacy from Seoul National University. She holds membership of the Pharmaceutical Society of Korea.
