¡ NEGOTIATE ! is an highly interactive, fast-paced negotiation skills program that provides participants from the pharmaceutical and medical device industry with the skills and resources to become more powerful and strategic negotiators. Using the proprietary “WINR” [winner] methodology, participants learn negotiation tactics and techniques useful in any individual or group business negotiation.

Participants assess their primary negotiation style and learn to assess the buyer’s style. They also learn different negotiation styles and learn to apply the most appropriate styles to the situation at hand.

Throughout, there are role plays and practice sessions, with each round of negotiation simulations to determine one’s effectiveness. Participants work with a Case Study that requires both individual and group negotiation sessions so that they can immediately apply what they have learned to real negotiation situations.
