From Insights to Acumen™ (FITA) is a 2-day experiential learning program for Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) that centers on asking more insightful questions, developing longer-term ‘engagement plans, and strategic collaborations with MTLs. MSLs also will develop an appreciation of their changing role an as MSL, particularly when supporting the success of new product launches. Finally, they will learn which insights should be shared with other functions in the company as well as externally. After completing FITA, participants will be significantly better at formulating insightful questions, as well as developing longer-term goals, sustainable engagement plans, strategies to be helpful to their medical customers, the company and patients. Course Format - Interactive lecture, team poster exercises, role plays, and other group challenges and practicum.
Who should attend - All those who work with medical thought leaders, specialists, those engaged in education, patient management and clinical research, and disease area therapeutic guidelines. These may include: Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), MSL/ Medical Affairs Managers, Sr. MSLs/Medical Advisors or Therapeutic Leads, and others engaged in discussions and collaborations with MTLs.
Preliminary requirement - Pre-readings and online questionnaire will be provided electronically in advance of the workshop.
