From Insights to Strategic Acumen – Seoul, Korea

From Insights to Strategic Acumen™ (FISA) is a 2-day experiential learning program for Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and other field medical advisors that centers on asking more insightful questions, and developing longer-term strategic collaborations with medical thought leaders (MTLs). MSLs also will develop an appreciation of their ever-evolving role, particularly when supporting the success of new product launches and executing medical strategy. Finally, they will learn which insights should be shared with other functions in the company as well as externally, and the best ways to do this. Upon completing FISA, participants will be significantly better at formulating insightful questions, and developing longer-term goals, sustainable engagement plans, and strategies to be helpful to their medical customers, their company and their target patients.
