Medical Insights and Strategy™ is a new course that leverages advances in understanding upstream disease risk through downstream adherence, particularly in light ofthe challenges of continuity of care created in the post-acute COVID era. Using synectics, we will connect diverse sets of both quantitative and qualitative data to identify and create unique scientific and medical customer experience support, strategies and related opportunities.
This course significantly deepens understanding of target patients’ journeys, taking them much deeper and farther than ever, leveraging patient insights to predict and then develop strategic solutions to likely patient diagnosis, access and adherence challenges.
As part of the course, the participants will learn to conduct epidemiologic and patient preference and other research such that results can be used as levers to transforming these opportunities.
When developing solutions based on deep marketing insights, we’ll explore ways to leverage AI, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and advances in HEOR (Healthcare Economics and Outcomes Research) and in RWE (Real World Evidence) that are becoming a vital part of understanding and building the future of care systems.
